Finally done with college

Graduation in a week! Woohoo! Time really has flown, and I can’t wait to start the next chapter of my life.

Until then, I plan on taking this summerveryseriously regarding weight loss. I’m busy with work, yes, but there will beNOexcuses for not working out 6 days a week. I weighed in at 154 today, and I want to lose these last 19 pounds. I have three months from today until I move to Dublin, so that’s 6 pounds roughly a month, which is about 1.5 pounds a week. Very do-able!

I’ll be using MyFitnessPal to log all my calories and workouts, and I’ll be posting here daily to stay motivated. Thiswillhappen!

One more week

Finally! One more week of classes, and then I just have exams. Can’t wait to be done, and it will be so nice to finally have the chance to work out again! Starting Monday next week I’m hitting the gym every day. It’s about damn time.

“Vegetarian?”

That’s what the cashier at the grocery store asked me as she rang up my items. With the exception of my chicken sausages (which clearly signal that I amnot,in fact, a vegetarian), I guess that was a pretty valid question. My basket was FULL (like $75 full) of produce, with a few dairy, whole grain, and fish products making up the rest. Here’s to healthy eating!

P.S. I’ve banned eating out, and I’m finally setting a limit to my drinking! My guy friend’s birthday is this Thursday and we’re having a huge party, but I will try to ONLY drink 3 drinks. And that’s my limit for the week. Luckily, they count as my happy calories on my Drop10 Meal Plan, which, I will happily add, I have followed to a T for two whole days. Go me!
